Shipping, Handling, & Returns

We are working with one of the best fulfillment companies in the world to make sure you get your games without a problem. Please note the following shipping and handling processes: 

HANDLING TIME - We aim to ship all games within 24 (business) hours of your order being placed. So if you order midday Monday, your game should leave the warehouse Tuesday morning. Or if you order Friday afternoon, we would aim for it to leave on Monday. 

SHIPPING TIME - Shipping times and options are noted as you checkout. For example, if a shipping time is 5-7 business days, an order placed on Monday, we would estimate 5-7 business days from when it actually leaves the warehouse on Tuesday. Often times your game will arrive sooner than the times listed, but we didn't want you to be sad so some times listed are on the higher end. Please note our discounted shipping is designed to keep your costs as low as possible (and actually doesn't even cover our cost to ship it to you!). 

TRACKING NUMBER - Orders with a tracking number may take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become "live." So please wait for 24-48 hours after receiving your number to be able to see an updated status. 

RETURNS - If for some reason you need to return your game, we'll be mildly offended, but we understand :) As long as it's unopened with the original shrink wrap, you can mail games back to us (buyer pays return shipping) and we'll refund your purchase minus the $3 we have to pay the fulfillment center to restock it. At the end of the day, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so please reach us on our Contact page with concerns (or if you'd like to make a return).
